At Tynara™, your confidence and satisfaction are our top priorities. We offer a 30-day risk-free money-back guarantee, starting from the date your order is delivered.

You may request a return if all conditions below are met:

✓ Given the nature of our product, we accept returns on lightly used items if you are not amazed by the volume and invisible finish. ✓ Empty bottles or products showing signs of intentional misuse, tampering, or physical damage (e.g., punctured cans) are not eligible. ✓ Final sale or clearance items are non-returnable. ✓ If your order included physical free gifts, they must also be returned. (Digital gifts, such as our Haircare E-books, are yours to keep!). Otherwise, the retail value of the physical gift will be deducted from the refund. ✓ Original shipping fees are non-refundable. ✓ A $9.95 processing & handling fee applies to all approved returns.

All return requests must be submitted through our official Returns Portal before sending any items back.

Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

While beauty products do not have electronic components to "repair," we guarantee that your product will arrive in perfect working condition. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (e.g., a broken spray nozzle, defective aerosol mechanism, or transit damage), please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

For approved quality claims, Tynara™ will provide one of the following solutions:

✓ A free replacement bottle ✓ A full or partial refund (if a replacement is not preferred)

Quality claims must meet the following conditions:

✓ Claims must be submitted via the Returns Portal or our Support Email. ✓ Clear photographic or video evidence of the defect is required before any replacement or refund is approved.

🚫 Guarantee Does Not Cover

This guarantee does not apply to the following situations:

✓ Dissatisfaction reported after the 30-day window. ✓ Damage caused by dropping, misusing, or improperly storing the aerosol can. ✓ Products purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers. ✓ Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
